Shipping policy

At Divinelane Private Limited, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, cancellation conditions, and related responsibilities.
1.    Safe & Secure Delivery
a.    Every product is carefully packed and handled to prevent any damage in transit.
b.    All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
c.    We partner only with reliable and reputed courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
2.     Shipping Timelines
a.    Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 business days after confirmation.
b.    Customized or energized products may require additional time; such delays will be communicated in advance.

DELIVERY DURATION:
Within India: 3–7 business days from dispatch (2–3 days in metro cities).
 International Orders:30–35 days, depending on customs and carrier timelines.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Factors such as weather, customs, or courier delays may affect timelines, and we will keep you informed of any expected delay.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can check your shipment status directly through the courier partner’s website.

4. Delivery Requirements
 Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are correct and complete.
Divinelane will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For high-value shipments, ID or signature verification may be required upon delivery.
 If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier partner will make up to three attempts before returning the parcel to us.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, destination, and delivery method.
Free shipping (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or announced through promotional offers.

6. Handling Delays and Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, government actions, transport restrictions, or strikes — we will inform you promptly.
While such circumstances may extend delivery times, you will be entitled to a full refund if delivery becomes impossible.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders for non-customized items can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order is dispatched or involves customization (such as energized or personalized products), cancellation cannot be processed.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–12 business days.

8. Non-Delivery or Return
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us at hello@divinelane.co within 30 days of purchase.
If the parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or open, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately with photographs or unboxing video proof.
For defective or incorrect products, refer to our Refund & Return Policy for replacement or refund options.

Divinelane is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from courier delays.

11. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, without prejudice to consumer rights available under applicable law.
